Design of digital varistor voltage test system based on ARM9_2440

Abstract  Because simulated varistor voltage tester system is of several of disadvantages such as complexity,lack of communication and scalability etc,combined with the current widely application of embedded system and bus technology,a digital testsystem of varistor voltage is designed based on the ARM9_2440 processor.The voltage sampling circuit (D/A) is designed by using the TLC2543 chip.According to TL C5615 (A/D),the high voltage output control circuitry can output the adjustable voltage.System software is designed with a wince system customization.Finally,the system utilizes the ARM9 capability of powerful data processing to analyze all the data.The tests show that the system possesses faster processing speed,high accuracy,strong expansibility and is easy to operate,which meets the testing requirements of the vast majority of the SPD.
