Abstract For doing well the work for instrument replacement of telemetry station every 2-year-time,according to the experience that overall or partial replace the instruments of automatic weather station in recent years,the observation date can be affected by changing the collector,wind direction and speed sensor,temperature-humidity sensor,ground sensor,shallow and deep ground temperature sensor.Thispaper discusses the specific experience and operation for how to shorten replacing time and reduces the influence of instrument replacement on observation date.
