Abstract After the implementation of forecasting quality assessment for automatic weatherstation in 2012,data transmission is listed in the assessment for the first time.In order to ensure uploaded data files with timeliness and accuracy,this paperfocuses on handling methods for all kinds of transmission files under various conditions.Meanwhile,the significience and daily maintenance methods of the instrument are pointed out.
