Abstract According to the characteristics of high voltage section of 714CDN weather radar transmitter,possible reasons for the formation of the IGBT over current fault,empowerment over current fault and feedback over current fault etc that are related to the flyback charging has been analyzed,which can provide a help to analyze and exclude this type of high voltage failure in practical work.
