Abstract  First, It makes a brief analysis of the PPI communication protocol that packaged by C# language. Then, Combining with the needs that WTTVS monitoring and management system has to read /write PLC internal data storage area, to achieve rapid changes in data-intensive sampling, data storage area V of the PLC is divided into current and historical storage block, the sampling data was temporarily stored in corresponding storage blocks using PLC timer interrupt, PC read and show the data in current storage block real-time, The data in historical storage block was read and batched into the database after the end of system running, achieving intensive sampling data monitoring. Experiment shows that the system works normally and stably. It has achieved the design requirements.
