Abstract Based on VB language,meteorological data for many years have been taken the statistics automaticly.And the wind rose diagram ia drawed with accurate and fast.The program uses modular design,so that the interface is concise and intuitive.It's also easy to operate.Practice has proved that the program is accurate,fast and also has strong practicability.
