Abstract A method of constructing based on .NET framework of information management system about measuring standers is expounded.This paper focuses on the design and functional requirements,performance requirements,operating environment and permission settings of the system.Through an example,the development process of the management system is demonstrated.The information management system of measuring standards instruments and working measuring instruments based on B/S framework will be more and more widely used.
