Uncertainty analysis of test results for platinum resistance thermometer |

Abstract The platinum resistance thermometer has become a major tool which measures the temperature data. And it needs to be tested in a certain period. According to research methods and analysis steps in JJF1059.1-2012 Evaluation and Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement,a mathematical model of measurement uncertainty is established. The test results uncertainty of the platinum resistance thermometer has been analyzed systematically. It is not only can master measure performance of the standard device of platinum resistance thermometer,but also can explore the ways to reduce the impact of the error.
