Abstract The measurement error of digital pressure sensor is unavoidable.The evaluation of measurement uncertainty of is the important content of metrological verification.To ensure the accuracy and reliability of the measured data,according to the requirements of JJF1059.1-2012 Evaluation and Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement,this paper firstly introduces the general methods and detailed steps of the uncertainty evaluation for the digital pressure sensor.Then,the CPC6000 pressure calibrator is used as the pressure source,using the 745-16B standard digital pressure sensor as the standard device,and taking the XDY-03 double cylindrical resonator pressure sensor as the detected sensor.Finally,an example is given to illustrate the evaluation method of measurement uncertainty.The expanded uncertainty evaluation value is given out.
