Abstract Through analyzing the operation of DPZ1 integrated hardware controller,combined with collected information of equipment failure and maintenance,the reasons that caused common problems are illustrated from the aspects of equipment installation,power supply module,serial communication module,network module and optical fiber module.And the corresponding solutions are given out,which provide a reference for equipment maintenance check and troubleshooting and improve the maintenance ability of security personnel in the station at all levels.
