Abstract DWSR weather radar of Shuangliu international airport has been aging according to civil aviation regulations,but the new weather radar has not been built.In order to ensure uninterrupted operation and improve MTBF of weather radar,the meteorological center of southwest air traffic management bureau has completed the backup about radar receiver.This paper mainly introduces digital reconstruction and backup of radar receiver.At the same time,the Shuangliu international airport will start building a new weather radar,which uses double hot-standby for improving system stability and redundancy.
