Abstract This paper provides an overview of the structure and working principle of atmospheric particulate monitor based on PM2.5,PM10 and beta ray method,and focuses on key details that should pay attention to each link in equipment installation,site location and the routine operation and maintenance of aerosol mass concentration observation system.And the common faults in daily operation are summarized,which can accumulate experiences and provide references for the technical support work on station observation system.
