Abstract DPZ1 integrated hardware controller is a terrestrial meteorological observation system integrated hardware equipment,through an optical fiber to achieve all the observation equipment and terminal computer data transmission.Because the station operating personnel are not familiar with the system composition,software configuration and fault judgment methods,this paper briefly introduces the composition and principle of DPZ1 integrated hardware controller system.At the same time,combined with the fault phenomena in the actual business work,the fault handling process and methods of DPZ1 integrated hardware controller are researched in detail,which provide references to equipment maintenance and troubleshooting,improving maintenance ability for station operating personnel at all levels stations.
