Abstract In view of the current wind speed verification device at the provincial level,according to the national metrological specification JJFl059.1-2012 Evaluation and Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement and combined with practical work,from the aspects of verification device composition,main error sources and mathematical model establishment,this paper introduces the overall uncertainty evaluation method and the calculation process of wind speed verification device.The results show that the uncertainty of different wind speed verification device is significant,which cannot be treated the same in the actual work.It shall be calculated according to the actual wind speed value.
