Abstract This paper analyzes the working process and deficiencies in the operations of monitoring and evaluating of meteorological observing system,and designs a comprehensive system which can monitor and evaluate the meteorological observing data based on the observing systems and other meteorological operations software systems in Tianjin and using the integration and intensification as the design concept.By means of the monitoring nodes and results that come from in the use of monitoring operation systems in Tianjin as the data source,the system can improve the efficiency in monitoring and expand the types of monitoring results.The most important function in this system is intelligent automatic operation evaluation.This function uses both the template and the indicators of evaluation to realize real-time automatic analyzing,monitoring and evaluating.
