Abstract This paper introduces the composition and installation method of DPZ1 integrated hardware controller,and provides the fault handling methods and processes of common faults of DPZ1 integrated hardware controller from both hardware and software aspects.According to the fault handling processes,the staff in weather station can quickly determine the type of failure and solve it,which can ensure the station observation data can be collected and uploaded in a timely manner.At the same time,the support capability and professional level of the station staff are enhanced.
