Abstract This paper introduces the application situation of multi-rotor unmanned aerial vehicle in the fields of atmospheric boundary layer science study,atmospheric composition analysis study and weather modification operation etc.And the key technologies such as platform,load,data processing and application scene are analyzed,which would provide references for wide application of multi-rotor unmanned aerial vehicle in meteorological service.
