Abstract Based on Beidou short-message communication,this paper designs a system in data transfer and sharing for weather stations built on sea oil platform.On the process of designing communication protocol,it presents two schemes for Beidou satellite communication.After experiments,it finds that the terminal transit communication protocol is more suitable for weather station built on oil platform.And the terminal transit communication protocol has been successfully used in 14 new weather stations built on sea oil platform by Tianjin Meteorological Bureau.
