Abstract Aiming at the abnormal data of EL15-2C wind direction sensor of automatic weather station,through step by step troubleshooting principles of wind data acquisition reverse,this paper troubleshoots five links of the software,the wind direction channel of the data collector,the wind direction channel of the lightning protection board,the signal cable and the wind direction sensor in turn.It is described that the method of troubleshooting based on the judgment method of the gray code level can quickly determine the fault point that leads to the abnormal wind direction data,which aims to provide the maintenance guidance and reference for the maintenance and support of wind direction sensor of automatic weather station with gray code output of wind direction.
