Abstract In order to study the influence of different ballistic meteorological stratification methods on the calculation results of air density deviation (ADD) of antiaircraft artillery,this paper discusses the artillery ballistic meteorological stratification method and analyzes the problems of the ballistic stratification in the current business.Also,it calculates the ADD under the different number of ballistic meteorological stratification through the actual sounding data.The results show that with the increase in the number of ballistic meteorological stratification,the final ADD will gradually approach an ideal value.When the number of ballistic meteorological stratification reaches 20,the ADD can reach the level of error consistent with the aerological detection.Therefore,increasing the number of ballistic meteorological stratification will improve the accuracy of ADD calculation,and improve the level of artillery meteorological support.
