Abstract To solve the problems such as unreasonable storage design and non-standard storage of Ningxia meteorological business data,this paper presents the application of meteorological data storage system based on PostgreSQL database which can make meteorological generated data unified and orderly.Application practices show that this system effectively solves the unification of the meteorological operational data storage and sharing service,and provides technical reference for constructing Ningxia meteorological comprehensive database.
