Abstract At present,in the three-level quality control of ground meteorological observation data,the quality control of station level mainly depends on station ground observation business software (ISOS).Based on the analysis of existing quality control technology,this paper firstly proposes the quality control concept of Model Method.The quality control,process control factors and the control system are designed and discussed,which provide an outlook for the development prospects of quality control system.
