Abstract According to surface meteorological observation standards for the requirements of sunshine observation,it is proposed to integrate the sensor unit of the sunshine sensor and the data acquisition and processing unit into one,a new type of photoelectric automatic digital sunshine meter is designed based on MSP430F149 microcontroller.The overall design plan of the system is introduced,and the hardware and program design of the data acquisition and processing unit are described.Finally,the system is compared with the calibrated direct radiation meter,and the analysis shows that the solar radiation change can be more accurately induced by the sunshine recorder.
