Abstract By using the hourly rainfall data of five automatic weather stations and the reflectivity data of Wuzhong new generation weather radar and the data of OHP products,the pairs of radar estimated hourly rainfall data are formed and the data samples are compared and analyzed.At the same time,the radar reflectivity is used to obtain the rainfall data of the automatic station and the coefficient of A and b in Z-I relation are obtained by the optimization method.According to the evaluation results,it can improve capability of quantitative precipitation estimation to some extent in Wuzhong radar.
