Abstract According to a fault occurred in the integrated hardware controller of the dual automatic weather station,this paper simply introduces the basic structure and working mode of DPZ1 integrated hardware controller,and the specific screening process of the fault is expounded in detail,then the cause of it is analyzed.The solutions for similar failures of the observation with double-set automatic weather station are summarized,which can be adopted as a reference to solve communication faults that caused by integrated hardware controller.
