Design and implementation of automatic frost determining system |

Abstract Aiming at condensation weather phenomenon,this paper designs an automatic frost determining system based on CMISS data environment.The system is based on the CIMISS data environment,combined with database technology,mathematical statistics and other algorithms,integrated applying ground meteorological observation data,the condensation weather phenomenon (frost) in national stations is analyzed and distinguished automatically,which could form the frost discrimination model and the related evaluation etc.This paper introduces the main modules of the system and the selected data storage mode in detail.At the same time,the statistical analysis function of map data access for standard format publishing are also described,which provides a reference for automatic observation of the frost.
