Abstract Based on the unified data environment of CIMISS,the meteorological disaster monitoring and early warning system of Bijie city is constructed.The system uses geographic information system (GIS),MySQL database,PostgreSQL cluster,HDFS cluster and other related technologies to realize the superposition of meteorological monitoring data on GIS.By localizing and sorting the meteorological disaster threshold,the automatic monitoring and early warning function is realized with systematic dynamic configuration.The smooth operation of the system has greatly improved the ability of severe weather warning and forecast in Bijie.
