Abstract In order to solve the problems existing in the process of manual antenna level calibration,a set of automatic calibration device for wireless level of radar antenna is designed by adopting various technologies such as differential inclination capacitance sensor,data wireless communication,computer data communication and data processing.This paper focuses on technical problems,such as the characteristic equation of differential tilt capacitance sensor design algorithm,the design of differential capacitance output voltage detection circuit,the nonlinear processing of output data and the influence of environmental temperature factors on measurement accuracy.And the specific solutions are given,improving the horizontal calibration accuracy and working efficiency of radar antenna.
