Abstract Taking the existing automatic weather station of Guangzhou meteorological bureau as the standard station,the observation data of four new intelligent miniature automatic weather stations are studied and analyzed by mathematical statistics method.By calculating the correlation,average error,absolute deviation and standard deviation of data between wind direction,wind speed,temperature,relative humidity,air pressure,precipitation and standard station,the intelligent miniature automatic weather station with better performance in the observation of various meteorological elements is selected.
