Abstract From the perspective of disaster prevention and mitigation,focusing on the advantages of mobile client in the dissemination of meteorological information,this paper introduces four functions of Changchun meteorological mobile client,including integrated meteorology,radar monitoring,satellite cloud image and weather monitoring.The methods of playing the positive role of meteorology in disaster prevention and reduction through mobile client are expounded.The application of mobile client in decision-making services,professional services,special services and other fields are described.Service advantages in radar high resolution display,GIS display technology,integration management with local services,and data automation are summarized to provide reference for disaster prevention and mitigation.
