Abstract The reform of ground meteorological observation automation service has brought profound changes in the service system and mechanism.It is necessary to continuously innovate and improve the service technology,management concept and management mode,so as to promote the high-quality development of observation service.By studying the current situation of ground meteorological observation service in Bazhong city,this paper puts forward new management ideas and lists working measures,aiming to improve the operation mechanism of city-county level meteorological observation service under the background of ground meteorological observation automation,which can provide reference for the construction of ground meteorological observation service at the grassroots level.
