Statistical analysis for faults of automatic weather station in Hunan province |

Abstract This paper makes a statistical analysis of the breakdown cases of national automatic weather station in Hunan province from 2008 to 2015.Through the analysis of fault time,fault parts and fault causes,the main collector and its related parts have the highest damage rate.According to the statistics of the failure duration of the automatic weather station,the failure duration of the collector is the longest.It is concluded that the high temperature,high humidity and thunderstorm weather in the south have certain influence on the stable operation of the automatic weather station.Lightning protection is still the focus of automatic weather stations.Strengthening the maintenance technical training of collector fault and the backup of collector can ensure the stable operation of equipment.
