Abstract In order to ensure the stable and reliable operation of automatic weather station and improve the availability and continuity of observation data,this paper designs and builds an intelligent statistical platform for business availability of automatic weather station based on Matlab programming language.The platform can make statistics and analysis on the business availability of the national-level automatic weather stations and buoy stations,and automatically generate statistical reports (abnormal equipment operation notification form),which reduces the manual calculation error,improves the work efficiency,and further improves the automation level of business availability analysis and statistics.
