Abstract This paper introduces the overall framework of Guangdong meteorological observation quality management system,and develops the document management system of meteorological observation quality management system by using the GUI interface design platform of Matlab.The system can realize the function of intelligent index and one-click opening of system files,improve the efficiency of internal auditors in searching quality management system files,and further improve the automation level of meteorological observation management.
