Abstract Based on the current 4G wireless network communication technology,this paper uses the hardware controller of the generator set and the 4G wireless remote intelligent control device (DTU) to construct the communication connection between the remote control device and the generator set,and remotely monitor the real-time operation status of the generator set.The abnormal operation of the generator set can be handled by sending operation instructions through the computer and mobile phone client,which plays an important role in maintaining and ensuring the stable operation of the diesel generator set.The effect is good in practical business application,and the operation and maintenance efficiency can be improved.
