Abstract This paper analyzes the changing characteristics of meteorological elements of a cold wave process from November 4 to 9,2021 by using the observations products of national ground weather station.According to the weather background,the ground observation characteristics such as temperature,maximum wind and precipitation are analyzed in detail and the conclusion is drawn.The conclusions are designed to deepen the understanding of the process of disaster causing cold wave weather,and provide reference for the accurate forecast,meteorological service and snow disaster prevention of this kind of cold wave weather.
