Abstract：In the comprehensive analysis of neural network, it established the downstream water level prediction with an improved neural network model through a runoff water with water level measurement data , and give the detail of model establishment step by step. Engineering examples show that this model has the advantages of higher precision of prediction and it can provide reference for similar project.
