Abstract：WaMoS （Wave Monitoring System） is a state-of-the-art system developed to measure the spectral sea state and surface current parameters remotely. This paper briefly introduces the hardware and software of the WaMos, and describes the means of the polar image file decoding by C Sharp program language,that provides references for sea state and surface current parameters remotely based on marine X-band radar.
