Abstract:Aiming at the problems existing in the on-site test and calibration of forward scatter visibility meter,this paper puts forward an improvement plan.According to the working principle of visibility instrument and calibration principle of field test for the scene,the on-site test and calibration instrument is researched and developed.The hardware design for high visibility (zero-scattering signal) and low visibility (high scattering signal) are introduced.And through the experimental data,it proved that the improvement method after device developed is not disturbed by external environment,and the experimental process is robust.The experimental data can be stable rapidly.So this is an on-site calibration method with practical application value for forward scatter visibility meter.
