Abstract：Based on B/S architecture,according to the J2EE specification,through the analysis of user requirement,information resources and system layout,the technical path is determined and the collection and monitoring system of ocean station is designed in this paper.The data collection,management,distribution and equipment condition monitoring for ocean station distributed in different locations are fulfilled,which satisfy the ocean station observation data sharing and application requirements.
