Abstract:Using the hourly BUFR snow depth data from Tianqing, the inverse distance weighting method and line graph change curve are used to analyze the variation characteristics of snow depth data from the perspectives of horizontal spatial consistency and vertical temporal continuity. The results indicate that there are problems with the emergency encryption cycle selection of snow depth data in Tianqing, such as missing hourly BUFR measurements, reporting as missing measurements when there is no snow depth, and discontinuous single station snow depth data.To address these issues, strategies such as setting reminders, improving snow depth reporting rules, optimizing snow depth reporting settings are proposed, and a flowchart suitable for emergency encryption observation snow depth reporting rules is developed to facilitate the improvement and optimization of ground comprehensive observation software and provide support for obtaining complete and accurate snow depth data.
