Abstract:Using the same sphere parallel observation data of three new digital sounding instruments GTS11,GTS12,GTS13 in Guiyang and the business sounding instrument GTS1,evaluate the system performance differences in potential height,temperature,and humidity between the three new domestic digital sounding instruments and GTS1,and verify the consistency and applicability of the performance of several sounding instruments.The results showed that the potential height,temperature,and humidity of the three new radiosondes were linearly positively correlated with GTS1,with correlation coefficients greater in the lower atmosphere than in the upper atmosphere,potential height greater than temperature,and temperature greater than humidity.The new digital sounding instrument has excellent consistency in potential height and temperature.The three new types of digital sounding instruments have small temperature errors and good stability,meeting the WMO(Ⅱ) standards.There are small systematic deviations in temperature and potential height in different seasons and times.The potential height has a small error in the lower isobaric surface.The research results have certain reference significance for the calibration of sounding instruments and the assimilation of sounding data.
