Abstract:In order to improve the timeliness and accuracy of hydrological flow data and optimize the hydrological flow measurement method,a comprehensive alignment analysis was conducted based on the measured flow data of Qin River Shanliquan station from 2019 to 2021.The systematic error was 0.48% and the uncertainty was 9.2%.The deviation between the annual water level flow relationship line and the comprehensive water level flow relationship line in the medium and low water ranges was small,which met the requirements of the specification for hydrological tour gauging.Propose a suitable flow measurement method for the station to implement inter measurement when the water level is below 278.70 meters.Verify every 5 years for 1 year,and during the inter measurement period,use the comprehensive water level flow relationship line combined with the radar water level gauge to calculate the flow and reorganize.
