Design and implementation of comprehensive application platform for meteorological dataon Nansha Islands and reefs

Abstract:The article employs mature meteorological equipment operation evaluation algorithms,meteorological data quality control algorithms,radar networking algorithms,etc.,to monitor and evaluate the real-time detection data of various integrated meteorological observation equipment on Nansha Islands and reefs.It applies networking formulas to assemble radar images,and then combines satellite cloud images,TITAN algorithms,and AI machine learning methods to achieve radar extrapolation.By integrating radar echo maps and automatic station data,it further refines radar-derived precipitation inversion and dynamically generates service products such as refined rainfall estimates for the next two hours based on radar extrapolation.This solution addresses the issue of Nansha meteorological data not being uploaded to the "Meteorological Cloud",making it difficult to achieve unified monitoring and management.It meets the needs of operational duty personnel for equipment operation monitoring,maintenance support,quality control,product delivery,and meteorological services,greatly improving work efficiency.
