Abstract：Abstract: At present, the domestic airport by use of meteorological observation equipment for Finland MIDIAS Ⅳ automatic observation system, this system has stable performance, simple operation, but the price is higher, once produce a fault, must use a backup and emergency equipment to finish the observation. This paper mainly start with backup and the use of the equipment, this paper expounds automatic observation system fault when how to use backup or emergency equipment in time to complete meteorological elements of the collection, do meteorological observation service support without aperture.
