Abstract：In order to meet the growing demand of precise meteorological services,improve the level of quantitative spatial and temporal resolution and weather forecast,Hubei province started the township refined elements forecast in 2012 and developed Hubei township refined meteorological forecast and test platform.This platform realizes the functions of manufacture,release and check for the township refined correction product,and promote the standardization process of township refined weather forecast service.This paper introduces the design idea,system structure and main functions of Hubei township refined meteorological forecast and test platform.Then,the local mode correction interface system is also discussed.
