Abstract：The advantages and disadvantages of site selection for Chengdu Tianfu International Airport is directly related to the benefit of weather radar construction.According to the geography and weather condition of Tianfu International Airport,the angle diagram and radar signal coverage map of the obstacle with the height of 1000,3000 and 6000 metersrespectively is drawn,which is under the help of geographic information system and clearance analysis software.The preferred address of Tianfu International Airport Weather Radar is finally determined through the comprehensive analysis.
