Abstract：Base on years of the application practice of running status monitoring platform of lightning location instruments,this paper multi level compares and analyzes the four lightning location instruments monitoring platforms.The advantages and disadvantages of the platform are found out.Combined with the development and application of lightning running status monitoring business,the influence of monitoring platform on the aspects of time limitation of fault alarm,equipment maintenance,spare parts reserve,comprehensive evaluation of the equipment performance business availability and the historical status query,etc are analyzed.The improvement design idea of upgrading monitoring platform is proposed to guarantee stable operation of the entire network monitoring platform,providing more reliable data resource for lightning detection and improve the efficiency of lightning warning.
