Abstract：Based on the operational monitoring platform of meteorological integrated observation system,this paper evaluates the ability and level of operation monitoring business informatization in the following three aspects of operational work,processes and management.According to the evaluation content,the qualitative evaluation towards realization and satisfaction degree in every segments of message function is given out.Then,convert it into quantitative values according to some definition and regulation,in order to facilitate the annual variation analysis on monitoring business informatization construction,and more accurately and objectively exploring and studying business informatization evaluation.
