Abstract:Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge is a world-class cross-sea bridge and its sampling areas all belong to heavy mine fields with high risk of lightning stroke.The Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge is expected to be completed in 2017.Its lightning protection device and maintenance are being researched and designed.By connecting the bright structure characteristics and the hydrology-weather condition of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge,this paper has proposed the bridge pier,steel box bridge floor and the ground resistance estimation models of the different metal systems on the bridge floor,which can provide references to the communication,power and the lightning protection for the key protection systems.
